Please read these Terms carefully. By creating an account, using the studio, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Agreement and who we are
FrameFusion Studios (“FrameFusion”, “the studio”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the hosted FrameFusion Studios service, the FrameFusion Studios desktop application, and the website at framefusionstudios.com (together, the “Service”). FrameFusion Studios is a trading name; the operator is Abdul Ali, Flat 306, Sara Block, Shama Apartments, Lahore 54000, Pakistan.
These Terms apply to the hosted Service and the desktop client. They do not grant you any rights to the Service’s source code or to use it as a local, self-hosted installation unless a separate licence says so.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to create an account or purchase a subscription. If you use the Service for a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
- Give accurate account information and keep it current.
- Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Do not share your account or resell access unless we agree in writing.
- Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms, create a security risk, or are used for unlawful activity. Where reasonable, we will explain why.
3. The Service and your licence
FrameFusion Studios is a creative research and writing workspace. It helps you collect references, study video performance, develop ideas, and draft scripts. Features differ between the Free and Pro plans and may evolve over time.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your own lawful creative work. This licence does not include the right to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer the Service, or to use it to build a competing product.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Pro is a recurring subscription currently priced at $29 USD per month. The price shown on the Pricing page and at checkout is the price that applies to your purchase. Prices may change for future billing periods; we will give reasonable notice before a change affects you.
Creem acts as our merchant of record. When you subscribe, Creem is the seller of record: it processes the payment, calculates and remits applicable VAT and sales taxes, issues your receipt and invoice, and operates the billing and customer portal. The transaction is completed on Creem’s hosted checkout. By paying, you also agree to Creem’s Buyer Terms and Privacy Notice. We never receive or store your full payment card details.
- Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
- Taxes are calculated by the payment provider at checkout and shown before you pay.
- If a payment fails, the payment provider may retry it and we may limit Pro access until the balance is resolved.
- You are responsible for any currency-conversion or bank charges applied by your payment provider.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from the Manage billing button in your studio account, which opens the Creem customer portal. The link in your payment receipt and the support email below also work. Cancellation stops future renewals. Your Pro access normally remains available until the end of the period you have already paid for, unless the cancellation takes effect immediately or your account is terminated for a violation of these Terms.
We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law or where we approve a refund under our Refund Policy.
6. Refunds
Our refund policy is part of these Terms. In short, first-time Pro purchases may be refunded within 14 days of the initial charge, and renewal or duplicate charges are handled fairly and in line with applicable consumer law. Read the full Refund Policy for eligibility, exclusions, and how to request a refund.
7. Acceptable use
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm the Service, other users, or third parties. You must not:
- Upload or process content that is illegal, infringing, malicious, or violates another person’s privacy or publicity rights.
- Attempt to access another user’s account, data, or workspace, or probe the Service’s security.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, automate, or overload the Service except through features we provide.
- Bypass usage limits, payment requirements, or server-side plan enforcement.
- Use the Service to create or distribute spam, malware, deceptive content, or material that sexualises minors.
- Misrepresent AI-generated material as entirely human-authored where disclosure is legally required.
You are responsible for the content you import, generate, save, or export, and for complying with the terms of any source platform you use.
8. Your content and intellectual property
You retain ownership of the text, links, notes, scripts, and other material you create or upload (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited licence to host, process, transmit, and display Your Content only as needed to provide and secure the Service, to comply with law, and to respond to your requests.
You represent that you have the rights needed to use Your Content and that our processing of it as described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy does not infringe anyone else’s rights. We do not claim ownership of Your Content.
The Service, our branding, interface, software, and original content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not use our marks without permission.
9. AI outputs and creative judgement
The Service includes AI-assisted features. AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or similar to material generated for others. They are suggestions, not facts or professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying anything you publish or rely on.
FrameFusion does not provide legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. AI-assisted research and drafting do not replace your own judgement or independent verification.
You must not use AI features to infringe copyright, impersonate a person, or create content that violates applicable law. We may apply request-size and rate limits to keep the Service stable.
10. Third-party services and content
The Service may link to or display content from third-party platforms, including video platforms, payment providers, and AI providers. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of a third-party service is between you and that provider.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of third-party content — including downloading, quoting, or republishing it — is permitted.
11. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, provider outages, network problems, and security incidents can affect availability. Features may be added, changed, or retired as the product evolves.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you before it takes effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that AI outputs, research data, or third-party content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your purpose.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity; or business interruption arising from or related to the Service.
Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 100. These limits do not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
14. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law, or if continuing to provide the Service would create a security or legal risk. Where reasonable, we will give notice and an opportunity to export your work.
On termination, your right to use the Service ends. Sections that by their nature should survive — including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and governing law — will survive.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any mandatory consumer rights, the courts located in Pakistan will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Service.
Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally. If you are a consumer in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with mandatory local protections, those protections continue to apply.
